With its stone-lined hallways, automated car lift, and intelligently controlled fireplaces, this home is the definition of luxury. We had the pleasure of providing the homeowners a Crestron smart system that controls and automates everything from 32 audio zones to the hidden touch panels incorporated into stone and marble walls. You never have to go far for entertainment in this house. In the fifteen-seat home theater, we installed a 200-inch film screen to play with a completely concealed projector, surround sound speakers, and equipment rack. We also implemented acoustic treatments and soundproofing for a fully isolated experience. In the indoor pool and gym area, TV time starts with a press of a button that flips the projection to either side of the glass wall. Water too warm or cool? The family can adjust the pool’s temperature right from the Crestron home system.

If there’s one word to describe this project, it would be ‘seamless.’ Across the ultra-modern house, you’ll spot in-wall fireplaces, in-ceiling audio, and recessed lighting that blend into the surface. The hidden technology is automated and controlled through the whole-home Crestron system to create a stunning atmosphere. In the DiCenzo media room, we had the pleasure of installing a 7.2 surround sound system with Bowers & Wilkins CT series speakers on a McIntosh Audio system. The 150-inch Stewart Filmscreen complements the unique front wall elevation, and the room darkens instantly with a press of a button. In fact, throughout the house, we designed and engineered window shades to disappear into the beautiful architecture, so when the homeowners want to gaze at the view, nothing’s in the way.

Sleek, modern, and bright. To maintain the residence’s beautiful interior, we installed their whole-home audio system within the ceilings, disguised behind white painted grilles. Artwork and architecture are impeccably illuminated by intelligent lighting that the homeowners can adjust with a tap on the Crestron wall-mounted control panels. Throughout the house, floor-to-ceiling windows display breathtaking nature views reflected in mirrors and glass. But when it’s time for privacy, a single command lowers motorized shades in unison, aligned across every window. We also installed a secluded home theater complete with Bowers & Wilkins surround sound, subwoofer, and an Epson 4K projector, all hidden within the room.
